perfect comfort food
A grilled cheese sandwich is always perfect when you're not feeling well, are tired, or when you're running out of groceries.
- Slather one side of two pieces of bread with margarine.
- Wait until the pan is hot (medium heat) and then drop in one slice of bread, margarine-side down.
- Quickly spread mayonnaise on the piece of bread on the stove.
- Squirt a little bit of regular yellow mustard into the mayonnaise and smear them together.
- Add two slices of cheese--my favorite is a mix of monterrey jack and colby.
- Add the other piece of bread, margarine side up.
- Flip over until brown (just a few minutes).
- Enjoy!
